2. Waitlist and Pre-Launch

During the pre-launch period, the Service operates as a waitlist. By joining the waitlist, you provide your email address to receive updates about the Service launch. You may unsubscribe at any time. Joining the waitlist does not create an obligation to purchase, nor does it guarantee any specific launch date or features.

3. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Submit false or misleading information.
• Attempt to interfere with, compromise, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without our written permission.

4. Financial Models — Disclaimer

Financial models generated by ProjectionLab are tools for estimation and planning purposes only. They do not constitute financial advice, investment advice, accounting advice, or any other form of professional advice. The models are generated by artificial intelligence and, while quality-checked, may contain errors or reflect assumptions that do not apply to your specific situation.

You are solely responsible for:

• Reviewing and validating all outputs before making business or financial decisions.
• Consulting qualified financial, legal, or accounting professionals as appropriate.
• The accuracy of inputs you provide to the Service.

We expressly disclaim any liability for decisions made based on our models.

5. Intellectual Property

Your models: Financial models generated for you through the Service are yours. You own the Excel files you download and may use, modify, and distribute them as you see fit.

Our Service: The ProjectionLab brand, website design, AI architecture, and underlying technology remain our intellectual property. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the Service itself.

6. Pricing and Payments

When the Service launches, models will be available on a per-model basis at prices displayed at the time of purchase. Prices may change at our discretion. All payments are processed through third-party payment providers. We do not store credit card information.

7. Refunds

If a generated model contains material errors that make it unusable, and you notify us within 14 days of purchase, we will either regenerate the model or issue a refund at our discretion. Models that function correctly but do not meet subjective expectations are not eligible for refunds.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProjectionLab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Service.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in generated models.
• Any decisions made based on the Service's outputs.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
